  1. Download our App for free! From our App you can upload your own photos, create the design and place the order. Everything is done from the App.
  2. Choose your brand and model of Case.
  3. Customize as you like: Upload your own photo, create collages of up to 5 photos, use our frames, add texts or any of our stickers or backgrounds.
  4. Process your order by selecting your shipping option and payment method. Then fill in your details for shipping!

Our Cases are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order.

Because of this, processing time is typically 2 - 3 business days.

Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions.

You will receive your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email when it becomes active on the courier’s website. This will usually take 2-3 working days after placing the order.

If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse

On the main screen of the App you will find "MY ORDERS".

Here you can see your orders and verify that everything is correct.

They are personalized products and once they are printed, they can no longer be used

  • Unfinished: Your order has not yet been paid or payment is failed.
  • Paid: Your order is already paid.
  • Processing: We are printing your order.
  • Shipped: We have shipped your order.
  • Delivered: You have already received your order.
  • Canceled: Your order is canceled.
  • Incomplete: Your order is incomplete. Incomplete data (Address, postal code, phone number).

Claim an order

Remember that it is your responsibility to verify your order and make sure that what you have ordered is what you really wanted.

If by mistake we have sent you an incorrect product, for example a wrong model, send us an email to info@madforcases.com We will contact you shortly to solve the problem.

You have 24 hour to claim damaged during shipping items.

After 24 hours, there is no way to prove or verify that the content has not been damaged after receiving it. If you find any damage to your product upon receipt, urgently write us an email within a maximum period of 24 hours info@madforcases.com.

Attach us a photo where we can clearly see the problem.

In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, we'll send you a new product.

IMPORTANT: We will send you the same product and it has to be the same design. The photo cannot be changed.

You have a period of 60 days to be able to claim any problem that may appear with the product in that time. The problem has to be due to a manufacturing or printing fault and not due to misuse or that the product has been intentionally damaged.

Our products are created according to quality standards, but there are times that a small failure may occur in the printing process. If your product has any kind of problem during that period, send us an email to info@madforcases.com.

If we verify that the product has a problem, we'll send you a new product.

Changes, Modifications or Cancellations

Changes to your order are only possible if we have not yet started printing. Once your order is being processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

They are personalized products and once they are printed, they can no longer be used.

Editing your design

You can use images from your phone that are JPG or PNG.

IMPORTANT: The final result of a print will depend on the photo you use.

We recommend using images that are not dark, as in printing, you can always lose some clarity.

If the image is dark, it will be accentuated in print even more. If the image is bright enough, the print will look good.

The color and tones of an image may vary depending on where you watch it. If you see an image on a phone, it can vary as you see it on a computer or even from the screen of another phone.

That said, the color of the print may have a slight variation from what you've seen on your phone screen.

Images that are downloaded from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or screenshots, do not have good quality.

The print does not necessarily have to go wrong, but if the image you use has good quality, the result will be better.

Try to use the original photo, the photo that was taken with your phone or if someone is going to send it to you, ask him to send it to you by e-mail. It will not lose quality.

We do not re-edit the designs, as we receive them, we print them. Your design is your responsibility.

Our printers do not print fluorescent colors. If the image you use has fluorescent colors, they will appear as normal colors in the print.

It is very important that the image you use does not infringe any copyright. For example, names or logos of trademarks that you do not have the right to use.

Respect the intellectual property of the artists or owners of the image or photo. You can always contact the artist or owner of the image or photo to ask for the right of use.
